Located on the 3rd floor of a charming apartment building with a lift, this spacious flat offers you a comfortable and convenient stay.

The flat opens onto a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, where you can enjoy your meals prepared in the comfort of your own home. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and all the necessary utensils to satisfy your culinary needs, including a coffee machine, kettle, stove and oven.

The spacious and bright living room offers a relaxing environment and includes a double sofa bed separated by a door to provide privacy for guests.

The double bedroom, decorated in delicate burgundy tones, boasts a comfortable bed and spacious wardrobes to conveniently store your belongings during your stay.

The bathroom has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower.

The flat is air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant temperature all year round, as well as a TV for your entertainment and a washing machine for your convenience.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
