Perfect Location
Great apt in a super convenient area. Host was very helpful and communicative. I have been to Milan several times but always stayed in hotels so it was a nice change.

Unit is below street level with visible parking area outside windows. Window shades were broken & didn't function. Call for repairs resulted in someone coming over to pull shades down, but could not lift again. Shades do not cover windows & interior visible from the street & other buildings when lights are on. Upper half of clothes hanging space over 9' up & unreachable. One large pan only to boil anything. Kitchen not properly stocked with basics. Light switches confusing. A dangerous step in the floor area. Shower leaked water through door bottom. No extra toilet paper. No DW or laundry soap or bath soaps furnished. The bed is basically similar to a folding bed, & very uncomfortable. The bath sink is suitable for very tall people. The process of receiving access information is ridiculously drawn out & confusing, with much too many emails. Having to use an APP to enter/exit the unit is ridiculous. Very impersonal & uncomfortable experience , especially at its cost.
