At the heart of the Brera District

Overall it was a pleasant stay and the apartment was comfortable for two people.There were anxiety provoking features that lingered. We learned through trial and error to overcome the complex process to enter into the courtyard VIA a link on your cell phone. For this to work properly the electricity needs to be on in the apartment. The first day it took over 90 minutes to get into the apartment and this was thanks to the gentleman in the restaurant next door who had a key for access. The electricity in the apartment turned off (due to a timer?) twice more. Again leaving us dependent on the restaurant guy. It seems to have resolved itself but we were locked into getting back before 11:30 pm - closing time for the restaurant.Also, while the towels and sheets were clean, the property manager needs to spend some time walking around there and making some notes. That place needs a deep cleaning as well as some normal maintenance. All the appliances worked, but again a wet rag run along the control panels and around nooks and crannies to remove the dirt would elevate the feeling of clean. Would I stay here again? No.

Quiet, comfortable home near transportation

We stayed in Milan for one night on our trip and only needed a small home near the trains. The check in process was very easy and well-communicated. We were able to check in early and start our day right away. The apartment was clean, quiet, and all we needed for the night. Any information we needed about check-out, WiFi, etc was provided in advance and available inside the unit (through QR codes). If I come back to Milan, I will definitely look to stay here again!

Modern place bright and sunny. A bit of a walk to city center. Found hair on the couch so could be cleaned a bit more. Getting keys was a bit of a challenge and somewhat complex. There is a train that goes by that you can hear but calms down at night.
