The ghost has no review
It's an embarrassing story, but somehow I managed to book two rooms for the same dates and pay for them both. When I realized my mistake was when I received a telephone call from the host of this particular apartment and he told me that I needed to come and pick up the keys. But I was already in an apartment so that didn't make any sense. So I told him that he was probably mistaken. He was kind enough to call me back and tell me that no. I had actually booked the place and it was a booking that happened with out confirmation as I requested. I was very surprised but told him and no uncertain terms that I wouldn't be moving in and he told me that was fine but he was going to keep all of the money. To which I said I didn't think that was very fair and I would be happy to pay 50% and if he would return the other 50% that would be fair. He never responded. I'm sure his home was lovely but I never got to see it so all the way I've given ones it simply because I have no way of judging so I won't but I wanted you to know what happened.
