Guy at front desk wasn’t very helpful or even try to be nice. Very curt and irritated we didn’t speak Italian and he didn’t speak English. When I asked for a late check out he said no. But the young lady heard me and came over and said 12 pm was okay. She was nice , he was a grouch. I don’t think he liked Americans. Rude

A nice hotel for a cheap solo night in Milan! Super close to the metro and the train station. There’s several bus options nearby too. Room was okay, the curtains had a tear in them and I couldn’t get the shutters on the window to work. 2 staff members were pretty mid but the older front desk person in the morning was lovely! The area was beautiful, and for the price/location, I would absolutely stay here again!

Basic, fine for one night

Dated, average hotel which was fine for one night. Basic breakfast, staff could have been friendlier. Cash only for city tax. Room was large clean, quiet and comfortable. Price was high for what we got but reasonable for Milan.

Very Clean Hotel and a Fair Value. Single room is small but met my needs. Location: Very Short walk to Loreto Subway station that takes you to Duomo(tourist area). Grocery store (PAM) near by and McDonald's if you are really desperate for food before midnight. Bathroom: Shower is small but rest of bathroom is fine. Breakfast: Simple but good. Nice pastries, yogurt and hard boiled eggs but no scrambled etc. served. Staff: They were nice but ask that you leave the key with them when you leave. Decor is dated but if you are looking for a simple clean place to stay on a budget this is a good option.

Good location, great coffee

I chose this place based on location and proximity to the train station. The property is fine, well located with many dining options nearby and many landmarks in walking distance. The only hard part for us was the steps in the entrance (due to mobility issues) but in all fairness everything was fine: 4 person room was big, comfortable bathroom with a big shower cabin, breakfast was always tasty and the made to order coffee was the best we had in all of our vacation in Europe.

I stayed here one night and that was more than I should’ve. I had to stay in Milan for one night so I decided to go with something simple. Location is decent, it is right next to the metro so that was great! The rooms are really tiny, breakfast is very limited and the guy in the front stands right behind you making sure you don’t do anything “wrong”. The rooms are very hot and the AC sucks, I couldn’t sleep all night and when I complained to the front receptionist, he gave me a nasty look and passed it off like it was nothing. The pillow sucks as well so if you manage to get sleep in this hotel, it’s a miracle. The only upside to this hotel is the location and it’s still not the best it could be. Even if you’re staying for one night, avoid this hotel, they don’t care about your experience. 3 stars for what?
