Arrived 9.30pm after long flights. Reception pleasant but gave few instructions. Found room cramped (no Expedia gold upgrade), & only window was beside bed with falling net curtain, and windows opposite. Had to ask at reception how to lower outside shutter to gain privacy with lights on in bed. Breakfast ordinary- sliced sandwich breads, no fresh juices, limited fresh fruit. Poor value at A$460

Lovely hotel, 10 mins walk from the main train station opposite a lovely park. Very good service on reception, we appreciated the lovely touches in the room (lovely box of chocolates), Great buffet style breakfast with lots of choice. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

A little over price hotel but in good and quiet area. The metro station is around the corner so is very convenient. The taxis an uber in Milan are super expensive, is much better to take the metro instead of uber or taxi, you will save a lot of money.

Lovely stay in Milan

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location to see the sights of Milan. The city is very walkable (an easy and scenic 10 minutes and you’re in the heart of the Duomo neighbourhood or the cool Brera district). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious although I would suggest going on the earlier side because I found things weren’t replenished very quickly or at all later on. Every staff member I came across was so friendly and helpful though and I just generally really enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend!

The hotel and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room was very warm since they had not transitioned the A/C from heating to cooling….but they did provide a small fan that helped. Overall, it was a nice experience!

I was quite disappointed for a 4-star hotel. A lot of nuisances added up to a thoroughly mediocre experience: bathroom door had to be slammed to close, the AC wouldn't turn on yet because it's too early in the season despite the rooms being very hot, the key cards were VERY finicky in terms of not working after being near phones or cards. The walls, floors, and ceilings were very thin; ou heard all kinds of random sounds distinctly. The window had a transparent curtain only. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite good except for the coffee. The location is pretty great for tourists and a nearby park to run or walk in.

Everything was pretty good. Walking distance to shopping area and restaurants. The front desk lady checked us in early, so that was very nice of her. The room needed a little more lighting And the temperature of the room cannot be adjusted because its set for the whole hotel so we just opened the window.
