Our stay at Hotel Cavalleto was exceptional. The staff were so friendly. We loved our room that was exactly as we imagined (if not better than the pictures online). Our room overlooked the gondola rides. It was such an authentic experience. We loved every minute!

Great hotel, yes, but…

The hotel was super good and in a great position. I had a fun check in as they gave me a room which wasn’t clean, then I had to wait for another one to be available. I have used their laundry service and they lost my pj which was found the day after. I would expect a bit of discount for the incovenience on this but nothing.

Bad doors

Room was renovated but shower head and doors condition was needed repaired. Bathroom door bottom was of painted and the entrance door of the room was stacked on the half way opened. Bed pillows are not good neither, so I hardly could sleep.
