HORROR PLACE

Horrible place, stinky, I got there and they wanted to charge me 90 more than I had already paid on the site, every time there was an entrance and exit of "coules" who paid rooms per hour, run from that place

Ok hotel, would not stay again. Our bathroom had an awful odor coming from it. We had to keep the light/fan on all night with the door closed to keep the whole room from smelling. Front desk staff was nice but condition of room is what will not have us return.

when we checked in door to yard was open,room smelled like cigarettes, receptionist said she did not smell it. You look out of the window and hundreds of cigarettes bttms are thrown there. ( some chinese bootleg cogarettes- and receptionist happened to be chinese - you do the math) She forced us to pay 8 euro tax in cash without invoice. When I contacted expedia she told expedia there was a 3.50 city tax. ( still I dont get why I paid 8 and why she could not give me an invoice)

Lots of stairs with no lift making it super fun to carry lugguage up. Beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom is tiny, does NOT lock and the door does not fully cover the bathroom area making it uncomfortable if you're sharing a room. Water is not hot bit barely lukewarm unless you shower before 6 am. Location seems to be in a shady neighbourhood of Milan, with all homeless people around. Only good thing was the price. Worst of all is the Extremely unpleasant staff. We requested them to turn on the AC and the receptionist actually made us feel like we had asked a huge favor. She came up to the room, then came back down to fetch a ladder to actually climb up and turn it on. They also made us leave our keys at reception everyday when stepping out despite us mentioning our discomfort with doing so.

Good location, OK hotel.

For the price it wasn't a bad hotel, rooms were OK although we booked for a family room which on arrival he didn't have so we had two doubles, not much of a problem but could be for some. We had room 104 and 105, 104 was nice, the other stunk of cigarette smoke even with the big doors open constantly. Wifi was good and fast. Good location for getting to the central area and on street parking if you have a car with you.

A pleasant stay :)

A good stay! Maybe it's because the owner and us speak the same language? The room is spacious enough for us to place our superly big backpack and the bed was comfy. They have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in the room too which is AWESOME for such heat in Milano. The shower was nice and everything is clean. We stayed there for 2 nights and we do not mind staying there again when we are visiting Milano again. Breakfast is included and they have eggs, croissant, bread, cakes and cereal. It isnt the best but I think it's enough for breakfast, isn't it :))
