5th floor, no elevator

Don’t use this accommodation if you have luggage, it is in an old apartment complex on the 5th floor and no elevator. Customer service is terrible, they don’t respond to WhatsApp and don’t fix issues with the place. Not sure if the place had bed bugs but we have both been bitten lots while staying I don’t recommend

Having to go get a key from a complete different location was a hassle that could be avoided by just having a lock box at the actual building. Other than that this was a great place to stay, really no complaints! Lots of restaurants nearby!

The staff was very nice, they made us go directly to the property and not to the reception, so it was even more pleasant. The city tax is pretty high, but it doesn't depend on the property and the only problem I would mention is - NO mention about 5 floors without any elevator. Luckily we were almost all day out, so we didn't have to climb more than 1-2 per day, but as we are not sportive, it was almost "killing" us. So I would suggest to put it in the description on your profile as it is important to know.

More cost than I throught.

Apartment was clean and service was good but don’t take it apartment just for a one night there is gonna be cleaning costs of 35€.

appartamento "IGLOO" a Milano

Devo dire che l'assistenza e l'aiuto sono stati molto professionali. Un poco meno l'uso dell'appartamento. Dopo aver capito che l'appartamento prenotato fosse al quinto piano senza ascensore, ho chiesto di cambiarlo, perché impossibilitato a fare le scale . Sono stati disponibilissimi e questo da dei punti a favore. Sono stato informato che il check.in dopo le 22:00 supporta un compenso di ulteriori 30 euro. e ulteriori 35 euro per le pulizie. quindi direi di aver raddoppiato il prezzo iniziale. fortunatamente sono arrivato alle 21:00 ed ho risparmiato i 30 euro di ceck_in. la sorpresa è stata quella di aver dormito senza riscaldamento e la mattina seguente, ho dovuto fare la doccia senza acqua calda. L'alloggio è ben ristrutturato, ma come capirete il 5 di marzo a Milano non è che faccia tutto questo caldo. Soprattutto perché il viaggio era per una visita ospedaliera di mia moglie. Alla fine la mia riflessione è: se fossero stati attenti burocraticamente di più alla funzionalità dell'alloggio e meno nel cartaceo, forse avrebbero più clienti. un plauso però va dato all'accoglienza" la ragazza si è dimostrata davvero gentilissima e attenta alle nostre richieste", e all'assistenza telefonica, servizio impeccabile. per il resto mi dispiace molto.

Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare i Navigli

Abbiamo utilizzato questo appartamento per essere vicini a nostra figlia che doveva essere operata alla Mangiagalli. L'esperienza è stata senz'altro positiva. L'appartamento, peccato che si trova al quinto piano senza ascensore, è curato nei minimi particolari, è accogliente e completo. L'unica pecca è stato il sacco della biancheria sporca nell'armadio con relativi odori, tanto che non si è potuto appendere i cappotti.
