I booked this property due to it close proximity to the train station but the day before check in, the property management company told us we needed to get the keys from their office which was two train stops past the property so we would have to drag our luggage over a km away from the property in order to get the keys. This was really unacceptable as that was not stated in the description. They, finally, agreed to meet us at the property to give us the keys when I complained. The property, itself, is in a new building so, at first look, it looked quite modern and decorated well. However, taking a better look, there were evidence of poor upkeep on the unit, blinds in the bathroom broken and wouldn't close. Who wants to use a bathroom that can be seen from building across the courtyard? The mattress on the bed was so hard that it was like sleeping on cardboard. The noise from the restaurants and bars downstairs were so loud that we couldn't sleep. Luckily, we had only booked for one night. The only good thing about this property is the fact that it is 200m from the train station (not where you get the keys) and it is close enough to central Milan that you can walk to many places.
