DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS APARTMENT OR ITALIAN WAY

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS APARTMENT OR ANY OF THE ITALIAN WAY APARTMENTS. -Unclear directions/instructions to get to the apartment -Rude staff -Dirty floors, broken doorknobs, lack of any dinnerware/utensils And the big finale to top off the disaster that was our stay, a GAS LEAK. There was also no carbon monoxide alarm in site!! They did move us to another apartment (the dirty one) but there was no emergency number to contact, we had no hot water to wash because of the gas being turned off. I have contacted hotels.com and all they could offer was £50 credit off of their own back but this is 100% the Italianway’s fault & have refused to do anything about the situation. Essentially italianway couldn’t give a damn that there was a gas leak and that someone could have possibly died. What an absolute shambles of a company.

No elevator to fourth floor apartment!!

While the apartment was quite nice, it was not clear that it was on the fourth floor with no elevator. Considering our age and health issues it was a challenge dragging our luggage up five floors!
