My only complaint is that I was unable to get a hold of an agent from the company from what hours of 7pm to 9am. As a tourist from another country I had pertinent questions to ask and there should be SOMEONE available to answer these questions. At all the other Italianway places that I stayed this vacation, I was able to communicate with someone. The rental was FUN and AMAZING! We loved it!

Recibimos una atención increíble del equipo, la propiedad limpia, bien mantenida, buena decoración, buena ubicación. En nuestra percepción, nos hubiera gustado saber que no tiene elevador, no lo vimos en los detalles de la propiedad. Un área de mejora es que los botes de basura del edificio están en la puerta de las escaleras de acceso. Además encontramos muchos mosquitos.
