The worst service for a misleading lodging description.
1. The smell of smoke was detected upon entry of unit. Strongest from the fabrics within the apt (couch, pillows, mattresses). The description says non smoking unit, but clearly it has been smoked in.
2. A/C ductless units broken. After 4 hours of awaiting the cooling function (with the proper remote settings), the temperature remained 29 C within unit. The main bedroom unit repeatedly failed after numerous fuse box resets (error message EL).
3. Toilet cover missing. Impossible to know how to flush the toilet aside from random pressing on the plastic pieces.
Attempted resolution of these issues were not addressed by the vendor, forcing me to leave the unit and emergently repack and rebook another hotel for health/safety reasons.
After addressing these concerns, the vendor refused to refund me the payment. Vendor stated to Expedia customer service the the unit was "checked out" and everything was ok, thus invalidating all the evidence submitted showing otherwise.
If it was possible to give "0" or a negative rating, I would.
