Room is clean bur refrigerator was not working during our stay..maintenance guy pull out the broken refrigerator..another guy delivered new one but did not hook up...we can't hook it up ...we are not mechanics

The check in and entry system is convenient and seamless. The suite itself was clean and functional. Quick tram ride to the Navigli district for some fun food, drinks and music at the Blues Canal. Lots to walk to. The lobby of the building could use some upgrading. It’s very dark, worn and uninviting. Ciao Pat and Neil
