This is hotel is the just the perfect location for one’s Milan stay. Couldn’t be more pleased. You can almost see the hotel from the steps of the Centrale station. Nice, clean, convenient and great staff.

The hotel was relatively clean with a good amount of space and comfy beds. Amenities were a little limited upon arrival but was solved by just asking the cleaning staff for any requirements (tissues, towels, slippers, etc…). I would suggest bringing your own travel size shampoo/body wash as the one provided was a 2-in-1. The breakfast provided didn’t have an huge variety but it was enough to get your day going - also very friendly and helpful staff. Other than that the front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful in terms of things to do and giving us directions. Would recommend for anyone visiting Milan for a short stay.

Room clean towels changed as required. Room 110 not ideal due to being beside the lifts. On occasions even during the night very noisy inconsiderate guests. On our last night there was a lot of chat coming from reception area that we could hear clearly in our room. Front desk staff friendly, one young guy in particular. Never got his name always smiling and greeted you every time he saw you. The girls just ignored you existed.

Rooms are Very Clean and new but very tiny. We had booked a family room but were on top of each other, due to all the tiling the room echoes so if you have a Snorer sounds like a freight train! Location is great very Close to train and plenty of food options nearby. . Very much a business hotel. Watch your bags as other customers who were staying when we were had their bag stolen someone walked in took it from under their noses!!!

The room is spacious; not cramped. Clean, very sleek and modern. Complete with toiletries. Has 2 bathrooms. One on the living room/ lounge room (whatever you call it) on the first floor and another one in the second floor.

The staff was very helpful and always cheerful. We were staying at level -1 and we couldn't hear any noise from outside. On our last day, we could leave our luggage in the storage room, so we didn't have to carry extra bags. For my next trip to Milan, I will consider booking this hotel again.

The room was clean and modern, the hallway carpet can do with a shampoo. We were given one of the room closest to the reception and was able to hear incoming guests all during our one night stay. I wish I opted for another room.

Great location! Really great staff! Super accommodating! Close to the Céntrale Station, car rental return, post office, many restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to the Duomo and other sites.
