Location is terrific! It sits on a lovely street and everything is very walkable from there. William, the property manager, was also great and very communicative. The check-in/check-out process went smoothly and I really appreciated that he sent videos of how to access the apartment and other things. Added bonus was the lovely doorman.Now, the negatives. The listing cites A/C, however, it is either too old, broken, or both because the temperature never dropped below 28C (82F) the entire stay. It was unbearable at night so we slept with the balcony doors open and I awoke to 15 mosquito bites all over my body which swelled up to the size of golf balls. The other issue was the parking which was the specific reason we booked here. We were okay paying to park, but don't say "Parking is Available" when really the "amenity" is YOU search on maps for third-party parking garages with zero affiliation and many blocks away from the apartment for 50 euros/a day. If that's the case, every apartment in a major city has "parking accommodation". Lastly, the apartment cleanliness was subpar at best - dirty utensils, stains on the couch, etc.Overall, would only stay here again if 1. it wasn't anywhere close to summer and 2. if I couldn't find anything better in this price range
