It was my partner’s 40th birthday, and I had requested a few special touches for the room—what the team delivered went far beyond expectations. They made the celebration truly memorable with thoughtful surprises and impeccable hospitality. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is stunning, with a modern vibe and luxurious comfort that made us feel pampered throughout our stay. Did not get the feeling of a five star resort. Walked right by the bellman with 2 heavy suitcases with no offer of help. Rooftop bar nice but felt overpriced. STK steakhouse was superb as usual.
