THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, it's a room in a converted residential building. Guests will be buzzing the bell at all times from the street intercom. The main door at the unit is hard to lock/unlock, and some guests just leave it completely open. There's no safe in the room, as expected in a hotel, so your belongings and safety aren't the best. The location is convenient with the Sondrio yellow line right at the door. Be aware that the street numbering is confusing, and they had a very hard time explaining it. To help you, they are next door to the Crowne Plaza. Too expensive for the service provided, you can stay next door in a real hotel for only 30 euros more.

The room was clean and comfortable. A metro stop is just outside the front door and the centrale station is 4 blocks away. The staff is gracious and so helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Very friendly staff to greet me. Room was spacious, lovely and clean. Bed was so comfortable! Area was a good area to stay - right next to a Metro stop! Would recommend!

Was greeted by Gisella who kindly showed us around and asked us if we need anything. The room was clean and came with amenities like toiletries and snacks. There’s a coffee machine and fridge too. Location is perfect as it’s right outside the metro exit. I had a great stay

O quarto estava limpo e tudo novo. Banho e cama ótima. Check-in e Check-out super fácil. Tinha café, chá e snacks de cortesia. Localização excelente, em frente ao metrô Sondrio (a uma estação da Milano Centrale, a qual pode ir a pé). Excelente custo-benefício. Voltaria em uma próxima viagem a Milão. Gisela foi muito atenciosa do início ao fim da estadia.
