Room was okay, nice for the price, same with the hotel itself. Clean and nice hallways and exterior. The only and main problem is the toilet, there was mould and it wasn't that clean. The shower was also spritzing water.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast had a lot of great and fresh options every day, and the hotel had a familial vibe, which we really enjoyed. The area was safe and had a lot nearby, but I really liked that there was a gate at the entrance. The staff at the hotel made the stay even better. I'd like to specifically shout out Ronald, Douglas, Giuseppe, and Martina for their kindness. If you're searching for a hotel in Milan, I'd highly recommend the Martini Suite!

It is about 2 miles from Duomo. Easy to get to by bus and metro. But the metro went on strike and we had to walk from the Duomo which was a little difficult. No fault of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. Our bathroom was outside our room which was a little weird and uncomfortable but it was private. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with boiled egg, ham, prosciutto and cheese, croissants and a yummy cornbread type of cake and pastry with chocolate in it. Drinks were coffee, juice or water.

The rooms walls were paper thin, the bathroom was located outside of my room and everything had a lock, so many locks to get into the building and my room. Overall it was small. And a queen bed was made up of two singles pushed together, it’s been my least favourite stay in Italy so far

Stayed for 1 night as a stop over for a day in Milan with the family before flying home. Room was large and clean, but shower cubicle was tight. Had a nice welcome box for all and the staff were all friendly. Had a nice welcome and felt a safe hotel to be in. Not much in the area but only at a 15 mins walk to the metro stop but i knew this before booking. Good choice for breakfast and staff where friendly throughout our stay. Room connected to the stairwell and could hear people talking from the ground floor lobby. This was noisy but no city noises. No kettle or fridge to keep cold drinks in. Overall I was happy with this hotel and staying here for 1 night.

The breakfast was really great with beautiful croissants of various types, fruit, cold ham, hard boiled eggs, cereals , assorted breads and cheese plus juice and coffee/tea. Best service at breakfast that we have ever had (bravo to Douglas) and wonderful front end staff(Martina and another girl) . We were able to leave our luggage for an extra three hours, which was very handy. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

We had an amazing experience in the hotel. The lady on the front desk was so sweet and helped guide us with how to use the metro. So helpful and kind. The Venezuelan server (we don’t know his name) at breakfast was helpful and super nice too. He even stored food for us for the next day since we were leaving before breakfast started. Overall, great experience in the hotel, and the service was great.
