This apartment is ideally situated, offering convenient access to the picturesque Navigli for leisurely strolls and excellent public transport connections, including metro links and Trenord trains, for travel throughout Italy via major central stations. Unfortunately, several aspects significantly impacted my experience. While the room was spacious, the stairs leading to the upper level were broken upon arrival, posing a considerable safety hazard. Furthermore, the jacuzzi function in the bath was non-operational, which was disappointing given the expectation that all amenities would be functional when paying a premium for a reputable establishment. Lastly, the shower in the basement was highly problematic. We experienced a flood that nearly reached the door due to inadequate drainage. I was quite disappointed, as I had high expectations for this apartment based on positive reviews. I must commend the staff, who were exceptional throughout my stay. However, the apartment itself requires significant upgrades. Given the price point, it falls short of a three-star standard.

Very happy with this stay. Lovely apartment in good area. Plenty of restaurants close by along the canals. Tram easy into Central Milan or walk for 25 minutes or so. Good support from company. Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed. We had a slight problem getting into the building initially, but help was available immediately and all sorted out in minutes. I was probably doing something wrong. They have a 'hub'/office in central Milan which can be used for left luggage at no extra charge and this was very useful to us. We would recommend and stay here again.

The property itself is good and is relatively close to the downtown. The instructions and video on how to check in is good. You clearly need data or wifi to get this information after pre regrowing setting your check in. The place is kept clean, simple and spacious. Only issue was that the air conditioners did not turn on. Thankfully they had fans that worked which made it tolerable to sleep. Tried to restart everything as instructed, but then we were left with electricity off in half the apartment including the bathroom and kitchen. For this reason, had to give it 4.

Located inside a courtyard, we had zero nose from the bustling canal district, which was the best off both worlds as property adjoins several excellent restaurants. Don't be deterred by distance from Centrale station, this place is about 3 minutes from the M2 line which is a straight shot to the main rail station and Duomo.

Really great place. So much room in the apartment and everything you could need is there. In busy navigli neighborhood but as soon as you walk through gate, it’s silent and super private. And right next to subway stop. Super friendly and helpful communication. Exceeded all expectations.

The style of the apartment is antique and full of character, perfectly reflecting the heart and soul of Italy. Everything was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location could not be better — right on the riverside, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of Naviglio, with cafés, restaurants, and so much ambiance all around us.
