This motel has a lot of potential. However, at the time of our stay there was a lot of work to be done. Our room smelled terrible, to the point that we had to buy air fresheners and Febreze in order to make it tolerable. This odor was probably caused by the disgusting carpet that had multiple stained areas and a generally unclean look/feel. The bathroom toilet was unstable and there was used soap in the shower/tub. The towels that come with the room are very old, rough, and small. We bought and used our own bath towels. Suggestions for the owner: - Replace the carpet with some kind of laminate flooring - Repaint the room and bathroom - Add hooks! There were no hooks to hang towels anywhere in the room Ending with the positives: The beds were comfortable and the 3 Queen setup was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 15, 13, and 11). The shower had great pressure and water temperature.

Our stay was definitely great! Customer service was on point…. Room was very much clean & I got the 3bdr which was very spacious. Definitely recommend if you are staying in Milan. Only thing they did not have that we were looking forward to was the pool lol. 8/10 will try again

Broken door, floors were completely sticky, bed mattresses were completely brown, bedding and pillows covered in stains. Room smelled like mildew. Cannot get full refund if there longer than 15 minutes, which took us the entire time to drive over to the third property and unload just to see our room that way.

Although we tead the other reviews and just needed a quick cheap place to sleep after the 2nd day none of us could sleep due to the conditions. Electrical outlets didnt work or werw falling out of walls, everything was beyond dirty, locks didnt work, when i asked for 2 keys to each room i was met with extreme hesitation and when my daughter returnwd dirty towels to get new ones the person behind the desk was irritated and annoyed that we even asked. We ended uo checking out a day early and 1 hr after check out bc we were at a baseball tournament until noon we got back and immediately packed up and werw checked out by 1245- when i explained we were leaving a day early due to not having to stay to play the next day we were denyed a refund for the lasy night as check out is at 11am and it was 1245- we didnt want to stay there any longer than we needed too- also the windows to the rooms were hard to lock and the ac units had mushrooms growing around them and alge and mold. Sheets were dirty and bed frames had metal rods sticking out to the point you hit your shin on them. Bathroom had mold, dry rot wood and no toilet paper holders. The price is what it is bc your taking a huge risk staying there also the pool is not operational

The room wasn't and hasn't been cleaned i had booked a room to be able to sleep 4 people i got a room with a double bed. There was bugs everywhere and when i went to the front desk they didnt seem to care pretty much told me to check out and find somewhere else to go but told me i would still be charged. I will never book there again

The room was very outdated, but overall clean. The walls were yellow, possibly from years of smoking, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. You can't beat the price. They should set certain quite hours as respect to the other guests. Overall a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

Cheap price reflects what you should expect - not

Let's start with only positive comments: evening front desk person was very personable. And I was able to take very hot shower both night and next morning. Bed was okay, but all linens stained, and should be tossed. Evening desk clerk provided me with acceptable bed linens. No freezer section in fridge. Musty smell in room, and some tobacco smell, although it's a non-smoking room. Someone pounded on door after 11, and then tried to enter my room. I belive some people not "guests", but long-term. Extremely thin walls, with next door neighbors partying until after midnight; others partying outside of room until later than that. No night desk clerk, so couldn't register complaint with anyone. Incessant barking early morning from room on other side. Although it was by FAR the least expensive property listed, I texted all my family and friends that I wasn't sure it was worth even that much. This is a 75 year old property which I doubt has been refurbished in that time. It provided a place to rest my head - after I was provided with different pillowcases. I suggest you bring your own towels and bedsheets. Will not return.

Dont believe everything you read on travel apps like Expedia. ALWAYS CALL THE MOTEL/HOTEL, before booking to confirm offered amenities. Expedia stated this lodging venue had a pool and continental breakfast. They had a pool, but it was empty and not available. They also didnt have breakfast. Only coffee available thru the night. Toilet seat was cracked, had an open safety pin underneath the sheets and cut my guest on the ankle. Probably the worst place ive ever stayed overnight at. NEVER AGAIN!
