The customer survice was good quality and so was the Maintenance they were some of the kindest people i met but the floors were nasty looking the beding had a werid smell which they said was from it getting to hot in the dry but to my daughter it smelled like bo. The light shade was dirty. It smelled musty when we first got in the room. I end up whipping down the ac fins and table and dresser and i cleaned the ac flitter which got it smelling better in the room. The pool that they have is not in working order.

The staff was amazing. The property is a little run down and the pool was broken and has never been fixed and if you wanted to swim you had to go to their other property. But other than that it was a great mom and pop hotel.

Absolutely totally terrible!!! The floors were dirty! You walk accross the floor and tour socks turned black. Had blood stains on the sheets. Washrags and towels were dirty, tub was filthy!

To be fair we did not stay here. As soon as we walked in we decided to book a totally new hotel and just eat the money for this one. The smell was horrible and the state of the room was disgusting. I can normally go with the flow but this was next level. We were scheduled for 2 nights but the 5 mins in the room to book the next place was long enough. Our room was hidden in the back and secluded which made it worse because the staff (men) at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable as a women and seemed bummed when they seen my husband and 2 adult sons. So glad I wasn’t alone.

We was supposed to check in at three couldn’t even check in till six, both of the rooms had black mold the extremely stained carpets over powering smell of cigarettes no towels in one room and only one pillow per bed

The place was very dirty and window blnds was tore up so had no privacy,old cigerrette was laying on the tv splatters on the wall bathroom door was busted u to name a few issues.

booked for two nights. friday night, the first time we opened the door the strongest smell of what i assume was dog pee smacked us in the face, looked at the carpets and they were completely yellow. checked the bed before bringing our bags in (i do this anywhere i stay) and beds were bug free, thankfully. pet hair all along the skirt at the bottom of the bed. went to the front desk and the receptionist at the office was super sweet and called over the better housekeeper to try to get the room cleaned properly. we went in when she was done and it did smell better and she even put on a whole new bed suit for us but the smell came back just as strong within the hour and we had to go buy our own fresheners and spray for the room.. no extra rooms to move us and we had no choice but to stay for the night.. unfortunately because of the smell, we couldn’t sleep due to having to keep repeatedly spraying our room. had to go in the office first thing saturday morning to get a refund for saturday night and check out to find somewhere else to stay last minute.. we couldn’t stop sneezing all night and morning.. i would NEVER stay here again but i will not deny that all of the staff here were so nice and understanding of our decision.

Proerty need a little remodel but is was very quiet very clean everyone respectable. Staff there willing to help you with a smile on there face. Everything was in working order if there any issues the gentleman who handles it get right too it. Very sweet gentleman and go beyond to help his guest.
