If you’re traveling with kids I highly recommend you this hotel. Rooms are amazing, decorations and amenities are pretty, location is unmatchable. This was a great choice.

Views from our room were incredible. Milan is a big city but this hotel was a great walking distance to every main thing you should see in the city. It is a bit loud for those who like complete quiet but that doesn't bother myself or whoever I was traveling with. The room was so fun and incredibly clean, HIGHLY recommend staying here. Staff was great as well.

The sound insulated rooms are great! We did not ever hear noise from an adjacent suite. The breakfast was wonderful, too, with a wide selection of delicious meals. The only issue we had was getting our room cleaned. Even when we were assured that someone was coming to do it, it took two additional calls over the next two days to get it done. All in all a pretty (OD)Sweet place.

Visually beautiful, great location but CRAP

The room is absolutely stunning- we loved it! It was different to what we thought we were getting as thought we’d booked the marshmallow room- specifically only came with our two young daughters for the pink room- was told we should have specifically requested it though as we thought we’d booked it we didn’t realise we had to. Maybe the downside of booking through a booking platform though a message from the hotel to advise as such would have been helpful in guiding us. We only booked this hotel for this reason paying £520 in total, no breakfast, no “sweet box” that apparently is meant to be in the room- told staff, shrugged this off. “Free mini bar included” but not really great for 4 people. Also one small condition, messaged down to reception to ask for more along with query around turn down service as only one bed was made up and no additional bedding, room service so prompt but no making up of bed, asked 3 times over 2 hours (small children, now nearly 10pm) and was told they couldn’t only respond to me 24/7- rude, obnoxious front of house staff- so insulting! Housekeeper was lovely who then came up and did it! Our queries were so minimal but the strong, rude responses meant we couldn’t raise any issue- such as remotes not working, air con not working, lighting system ineffective! Restaurant we paid £200 for freezer foods though the view is absolutely spectacular and the bar staff lovely. We left by 8:30am as roadworks start at 7- no courtesy to inform us of this.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Excellent service, great staff, helped us with everything (even made us an appointment with a dentist that we needed urgently). The location of the hotel is within walking distance of all the tourist areas. Highly recommended

Extremely disappointed

Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, we noticed an off-putting smell inside our room. The condition of the room itself was unacceptable—stained and dirty carpets, visible signs of neglect, and an ant infestation that made our stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when we brought our concerns to the front desk, the receptionist, Angela, was dismissive and unaccommodating. Rather than offering any solutions or attempting to make things right, we were met with excuses and no offer of compensation. Her attitude added to an already frustrating situation and left us feeling unheard and undervalued as guests. It’s deeply disappointing to have had such a negative experience, especially given the standards one expects from a hotel. Cleanliness, professionalism, and basic hospitality were all lacking. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property and hope management takes these issues seriously moving forward.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The location was perfect—close to everything and easy to get around. We absolutely loved the pink marshmallow room—it was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. Would definitely stay there again!
