I was double charged by the hotel and am fighting to get the second, duplicate charge removed. This is absolutely unethical and I will have to initiate legal proceedings to have the duplicate charge for three nights removed. The management is completely unethical and know full well that there was a mistaken duplicate booking. They are stealing my money and you should not stay here or do business with them. Absolutely outrageous behavior on the part of management. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The hotel is new and modern and everywhere is very clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of the Duomo and Central Milan. The staff were polite and helpful.

Really nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is not far from a tram line that connects to the central station so it's easy enough to get to if travelling by train into the city. We would happily stay here again if we visit the city again

They don’t offer breakfast, however it’s not a problem at all. They are many options all over for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many stores al over. We felt safe the entire time we were there. Felt safe leaving our items, we did major shopping and everything was good. Our room was cleaned daily, it was more than enough for my husband and I. Our room was in the back so we didn’t hear any noise from the main street. Elevators were always available and working. (They also have apartments where people live, an some time you could get their cooking smell, besides that everything was excellent) we would still stay there again and again. Our room was always clean what we really liked, thank you to the housekeepers and management.
