Excellent hotel lovely clean room great location near to metro. Excellent hotel staff in particular Federico on reception was so welcoming and friendly. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

They don’t offer breakfast, however it’s not a problem at all. They are many options all over for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many stores al over. We felt safe the entire time we were there. Felt safe leaving our items, we did major shopping and everything was good. Our room was cleaned daily, it was more than enough for my husband and I. Our room was in the back so we didn’t hear any noise from the main street. Elevators were always available and working. (They also have apartments where people live, an some time you could get their cooking smell, besides that everything was excellent) we would still stay there again and again. Our room was always clean what we really liked, thank you to the housekeepers and management.

We only stay for 3 nights so the hotel was perfectly located at only a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. You also had Cafes at on a few steps. And since we got sick while in Italy it was also very close to a pharmacy. I will definitely go back

Absolutely amazing staff that offered a fruit platter, free water and complimentary apertivo. Thé bedsheet were slightly stained so we mentioned it to a nearby staff and they had someone in changing the entire bed setting within five minutes.
