There was another guest who had a baby that would scream at night. The couple then also fought loudly with each other. This happened multiple nights. Nothing was done. The shower also leaked a lot of water onto the floor

The room is clean. The location is good for train travellers . But 4 stars hotel without water to the guest suggested!!!!! We’re 3 persons in the room and during our 5 day staying we always asked towels and toilet paper for the 3 one!!!

we went there since it opened. However, it looks very badly kept. It is runned down.I asked to put an alarm for six since we had to leave for the airport and they forgot to do it. Luckily, I also put it on my phone or I could have missed my flight. It is dusty and not well kept. We will not be returning to this hotel.

I booked this hotel and never stayed here.. I was informed in my arrival that they moved me to another called HD8. No heads up about the change. Nothing offered for the inconvenience. The hotel that I was moved too, looked like a dungeon. The layout was horrible and scary because all the lights were off. Sensor light but scary. Don’t book your stay at any of these 2 hotels in Milan. My saving grace that I only stayed for 2 nights.

We had a very nice stay here. It's very close to the train, and a short walk or metro ride to everything else. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Stayed one night with family (myself, wife and 2 year old daughter). Can’t fault the location, metro just next to it. Service was brilliant with very helpful staff, allowed me to check in early as I had arrived early so staff at the check in asked for our room to be ready first so that we could check in which was a big help for us. Room was decent size, good amenities, however breakfast wasn’t upto the standard expected as the rest but still it wasn’t that bad. Will defenitely recommend the place, the price, location and hotel is clean and very friendly and helpful staff.
