Disappointed service and cold breakfast

Check-in was a bit slow on a quiet afternoon. Another guest service agent arrives and he greeted us with care so that makes up for it. Breakfast is average and a bit cold. On the 4th day we had a leak from the air-con in our room. It drips down and I reported it in the morning but they didn’t follow it up till I chased it again in the evening. They said that they will send someone but nothing. Also asked about Toilet Rolls in the morning- nothing till I chase it again in the evening. So disappointed with the service. They did offer to change the room but they should have done this when I first reported it but they didn’t follow it up after I chase the 2nd time and I did even ask for an update but nothing.

The hotel is excellent, lovely staff, good service. One thing that needs to be improved is the quality of the internet, which sometimes didn't work and even when it did, it was of poor quality. I will definitely return to the hotel again.

+ Excellent location, very convenient with metro station near by Safe neighborhood Excellent bed and pillows - The room was pretty small and old , need to be renovated regarding the price. The breakfast was good, but for the price of 15 EUR , it has to be with higher quality such as Chef on site ... Parking place in the Garage is very tight and costs 30 EUR per day
