The staff at check in was super awesome. Parking made me nervous, there was a lot of work trucks and work crews in the parking lot just standing around. It was late at night when we arrived. We were on the second floor, it’s been remodeled, but not well. The shower is extremely difficult to turn on and either not get burned or froze. Plus, the water gets hot. The ice bucket came in handy trying to get the water to a bearable temperature. The ac was super loud and kept us awake. Turned the ac off and the heat kept us awake. The door also needs a new seal, the light from the hallway shines bright. The pillows aren’t the most comfortable. Breakfast was available and coffee was good. While getting gas next door, the clerk said they’re under new ownership. The hotel has a lot of potential and the staff was great.

The door was stuck at first and the sheets had holes in them and also the pool was very dirty and it stinks really badly and the photos on the site are obviously photoshopped

check in staff was very rude to my wife room was poor and breakfast was bad, no decaf coffee. There was also another couple that stayed in the same motel we did in Amarillo they too stated they hoped that place was better than Grants.

We liked the wood floors and the walk-in shower. The room was dark but that's because the walls were painted a dark brown in color? The outside of the property is in pretty tough shape. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced and the back of the building looks like a junk yard with all the refuse that is being stored back there. Some touch-up painting on both the outside and inside would be a good improvement.

Pool and hot tub were closed, apparently for a while. Room and hotel seriously outdated. Alarm clock didn't work and when I asked front desk for a new one was told they didn't have one. Desk clerk a little rude. Breakfast was pathetic. Didn't like neighborhood either. Wasn't sure if my car would be there in morning. Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

Think before booking.

Room was not clean. The room was dark. The area felt unsafe so we didn’t sleep well. Were up several times during the night to check on our car.

Sub standard facilities, ice machine broken, hot tub broken, skimpy on the towels, particularly since there are none in the pool area. Place could use a deep cleaning.But the check-in staff is wonderful, and very helpful. In fact her professionalism and the clean beds are the only reason you get any stars.
