Great hotel. Very positive experience

The breakfast was excellent. We had a speacious room. Very clean and comfortable in a very convenient, great neighborhood. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were great as well.

Stunning property, fantastic location

This is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing neighborhood. It’s simply charming. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious and the service is five stars. A very special thank you to Jackie, Daria, Rose and Luca. When I visit Milan again I will definitely stay here without hesitation. Situated in a fantastic neighborhood with great restaurants and very walkable to the Duomo. We absolutely loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel is in a great location which is quiet but easily walkable to the main tourist sites and public transport options. The room was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed having our own balcony! Breakfast was lovely, especially the pistachio cream croissants! The staff are very friendly and efficient.

The Unique Hotel has almost everything a traveler can ask for: a perfect location near many attractions, and great restaurants and shops; clean and comfortable rooms; and wonderful customer service. All of the staff were super welcoming and helpful. They also include a delicious breakfast (both continental with hot offerings included on a menu) in their restaurant in the lower level. The only thing I would have wanted is a self-service laundry on-site or nearby to wash some clothes at the end of my long voyage but you will be more than pleased if you stay in this hotel. I know I was!

I had the pleasure in The Unique hotel. Our first room was suite with a jacuzzi to which I would say is best for a couple only, not a family of 4. It needed upgrades and the toilet seats were uncomfortable. Also only had one shower. There is the sound of the train but that didn't bother us much bc it was not very loud but we are also from NYC and we are used to it. After the suite we went to a regular room on the 2nd floor and this was much more comfortable. 2 separate rooms and very clean , toilet seats still uncomfortable and the showers would keep water in so you had to take a quick shower otherwise you will have a pool of water on the floor. The breakfast is in the basement with a small buffet of sweets and juices. If you wanted a hot breakfast it was a 10 euro pp fee and comparing to other hotels we had stayed in Italy I feel that it is unfair because we had a way better spread in other hotels at no extra cost. Also with all those pastries you would hope they would have a fitness center but they didn't. They did have a wellness spa which also was an extra expense. Overall the location of the hotel Is very convenient to site seeing and shopping. The neighborhood is nice and also nearby is a mini market and Farmacia. The hotel is clean but needs updates and small improvements, the staff is 10/10. They are all welcoming and kind. I would love to visit again if I needed to be central to everything again.

They tried hard – but Wi-Fi in my room was very compromised. The sink faucet rattled around. The room was too spare for my liking. But the location is great, and the staff was well intended – if a little bit untrained.
