Toilet didn’t flush properly. Breakfast no included. They charge $50 Euros per person for breakfast. internet TV just worked with android. We order a cocktail, barman wasn’t in, they couldn’t make it for us. Hotel is good, no excellent, and we didn’t feel VIP upgrade

Lovely hotel. Well presented. Lovely choice of breakfast. Good location. Friendly helpful staff especially the bar manager (sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Egypt) made my son and i very welcome having a drink in the bar each night.

Football weekend

Came here for weekend to watch AC Milan football match, great location with the Gerusalemme metro station literally around the corner, trip is 2.20 euro and takes about 10 minutes however is very full on match days! Hotel very clean and has very good amenities

Secure underground parking

Secure underground parking was the best part. Complimentary parking courtesy of silver membership with hotels.com. Uber ride to The Duomo area is around 20 Euros as you might not want to drive within the city.

There’s limit for being old building.

The facility is very very old, so old that the air conditioner was making terrible noise that I had to stop immediately. The amenity is bare minimum and the entire atmosphere was depressing …
