I get the message asking if anything I need. I say yes, I could use my free water I've been getting from Hilton as an Honors member for 20 plus years. I'm told I don't qualify. First time I ever heard that. So, for about 50 cents in cost to you I'll never stay here again! BTW-your wifi sucks too.

The area is not very safe surrounding hotel. We stayed to go to an event at the arena next store and were given unclear directions into an alley in an unsafe neighborhood.

Stayed for one night only to sleep so we did not get a chance to explore the area. The parking spots in the garage are TIGHT. Super convenient that it's on site but what what a squeeze. The staff was accommodating when we needed a new room late at night. The room next door was seemingly having a party, (folks in and out, slamming doors, banging on the door to be let in, loud talking in the hallway and the room). At 11pm we finally called it quits and asked for a new room on another floor. The front desk quickly obliged. There was no comp offered or offer to help us move our things but under the circumstances I was grateful to be given a different, quiet room, especially since we were traveling with a 6 year old.

Our trip started when we asked where the pool is (based on the lovely & numerous pictures of said pool on Hilton Expedia site) - without a touch of irony, the front desk said “Oh those pictures are from 2018, we don’t have a pool anymore.” The property is aged, dirty carpets, rooms that aren’t updated. Easily the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed.

Overpriced, loud, old

Cleanliness- I can’t believe this was a Hilton and how much money we paid to stay somewhere this dated and gross. Hallways smelled musty, room was dirty - peeling wallpaper, grout in shower was moldy, hairs in the bathroom. The room wreaked of air cheap freshener which makes me think they were trying to cover up more musty smell. I would understand this if it wasn’t expensive but we paid $400 including parking for a regular room. Noise- Hotel is right on 95 and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor so we heard traffic all night. Staff - (only good part!) The front desk and security staff were super nice and checkin / out was easy.

Room had mold. Pool was closed. No microwave. Had to pay for water. Did not honor the expedia reservation even though we had a small grandson and our pregnant daughter. Very unhappy. Expect that Expedia will make this right.
