They text you before you arrive which is really helpful because you get to ask for anything specific that you want for the room or update your reservation so I was able to ask for extra pillows and when I checked in it was beautifully set up with lots of soft additional pillows! Wish we could be there a little longer, but we enjoyed the large room and the AC worked great! Highly recommend the valet parking and that made everything much easier in a city we have never been to and parking was expensive/tough to find!

We were disappointed in that there was no pool on the property even though we saw on their website that there was a pool. We were also disappointed about the breakfast buffet. The bacon was very chewy and the grilled potatoes were mushy. Very limited breakfast pastry.

I came to check in, I waited only 1 minute before who I believe was a manager named Marcell helped us check in. Very professional and had a great smelling fragrance. Said he was helping from Atlanta. It was a great stay. There's some minor issues but overall great.

This hotel is amazing. A great onsite restaurant, located in the middle of Downtown Providence(great dining options, across the street from a mall and has great events nearby like the Providence River fire, etc) and has a Greyhound/Peter Pan bus station on street level, this hotel is a must if you stay in Providence. Excellent hotel to enjoy your stay

Outdated hotel for the price they charge. Signing in to wi-fi (not complimentary, by the way, in 2025, really? They make you signing up for membership to be able to use it for no charge) was such a hassle (front desk had set my membership up, unable to log into later in my account to have access), I just gave up. The restaurant is good, though.
