✅ Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No unauthorized late check-outs without approval

✅ Guests & Visitors
• Registered guests only (maximum 8 persons)
• No parties or large gatherings
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

✅ Pool Safety
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No diving, running, or glass around the pool
• Pool is for registered guests only
• Please close pool gate after use

✅ General Rules
• No smoking inside the house
• No pets (unless pre-approved)
• Dispose of trash in designated bins
• Respect neighbors and community guidelines

Note: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the entire stay. A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age prior to check-in.
