Nice hotel, poor customer service

Booked for my father and partner who frequently visit throughout the year along with other family members. We usually book the Hilton at Stadium MK but was fully booked so thought we would try a new hotel. I booked a non-refundable standard double for 2 nights and I added on the optional breakfast for ease. My father’s partner was sadly ill and could not make the trip - we politely asked if anything could be refunded on the stay. A flat no was received. I could understand not refunding double occupancy to single occupancy on a non-refundable rate, but to not refund breakfast (which is a simple buffet breakfast add on, not ready to order) was very poor service. Otherwise room was good and breakfast nice other than the coffee.

Amazing Stay!

Lovely stay! Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel itself was posh and very quiet! Requested a room on a higher floor as my wife really enjoyed the view last time we were there, which they made sure to do. And also left a happy birthday message in the room for my wife for when we arrived.

Friendly welcome, lovely clean and comfortable room, the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was huge and we had a great view too! Perfect nights sleep. Easy check out.

Definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel with great rooms from the Resturant. Breakfast is lovely, once you find your way around where the food is served. Interesting gym…not sure about that bamboo gear! Does require some floor mats to do floor work.

Perfect all-rounder

10/10 for our overnight stay to use the nearby Snozone. Big room, comfy bed, incredible view, great breakfast (with even better view) and super helpful staff who made sure I was reunited with the credit cards I left behind in the safe. Highly recommended.
