Leonardo Hotel has an excellent and helpful front desk staff and everyone we encountered had a smile and was very kind. Our room was very comfortable and had air conditioning!! Illy coffee is fabulous!

Please note day was awful. The boiler cup next door was very noisy. We were in room 817. The guest opposite the room were very noisy most of the night so didn’t get any sleep. There was a huge stain on the carpet by the window which hadn’t been removed. You were given an upgrade but it didn’t seem like an upgrade so I would hate to imagine what a standard room looks like. I was appreciated of the upgrade if the condition of the room had been clean and not next to a noisy boiler room.

Clean modern hotel with good breakfast and very convenient and great value for popping into London. Sadly Milton Keynes has a significant problem with homelessness and there’s a lot of people rough sleeping in the underpasses around the hotel.

I had a mostly pleasant stay. The room was great—spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was very good to sleep on. It definitely made for a restful night. However, the bathroom could use an update. The shower wasn’t the best, as the water spray was too spread out, making it a bit frustrating to use. A little refurbishment in that area would make a big difference. Overall, a solid stay with room for improvement.
