Almost no TV channels worked, and very loud screaming girls playing loud music until almost 4am next door, not normally one to complain about noise in a hotel but was travelling with a baby so thought we might be placed in a quieter area of the hotel. Other than that, room/ hotel/ staff were great

When rebranded from Jurys felt the hotel was on an upward curve, its now deteriorating i.e. 5th floor multiple stays now and all rooms stayed at very dated. VIP Perks not recognised by the hotel on numerous occasions most recent 8 separate rooms booked no one offer discounted drinks vouchers or room upgrades........unsure if Expedia or Leonardo's fault..........

I’ve stayed here several times and I’ve always had amazing customer service. However, yesterday’s check it was actually disgusting service. Went to check in desk no hello just ‘one night’ in a blunt voice, then ‘no breakfast’ then she stared at me. I felt very off put and she was extremely rude. I feel bad for all the other staff working there, no ‘have a nice stay’. We are human talk to us with respect we are paying you for your good service, honour it. I am now on edge and taking another chance on this hotel, as a frequent visitor.
