Its a 3 bedroom built on 3 floors, just 5 minutes walk to city centre. 1 bedroom has 2 doubled beds on 1st floor (sleep upto 4 people) , 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed (sleep 2) and 3rd bedroom has bunk bed on 2nd floor (sleep 2). All rooms have wardrobes .

Lounge has flat TV, with sofa set of upto 8 adults, guests can share computer in living room, balcony available across living room. Free wifi. Kitchen has everything you need, garden, wardrobes and driveway can be used for personal use.

Kitchen has dinning table, chest freezer available, American hub with built in TV with Youtube , dishwasher, washing machine, mega cooker with 5plates plus hot plate, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, plates, kettle, blender, spoons, knives etc. Cloakroom (toilet) on ground floor and bathroom on 2nd floor, garden, driveway, offstreet parking. Just about 10 minutes drive from M1 jcn 14. Restaurants, corner shops and shopping in a walking distance of 5minute.

Theatre area, Xscape entertainment home to Snozone, Airkix and many restaurants, cinemas, shopping centre and train station all in a walkable distance.
