Brew City Boho - Wauwatosa

Step inside Brew City Boho. Newly renovated throughout, our comfortable bohemian vibe 3-bedroom, 1-bath home boasts wonderful natural light, hardwood floors, & a wonderful front porch complete with a porch swing. This home can sleep up to 6 guests and has a driveway that can fit at least 3 cars. Fall in love with the updated bathroom & kitchen, perfect for your stay!

Walking distance to many places in Wauwatosa and close to Milwaukee attractions.
The space
The home was built in the 1920's so the bedrooms are smaller and some of the walls lack insulation. One bedroom in particular is extremely small, but still has a queen size bed inside. Our bathroom is gorgeous, but is located on the second floor.

Other things to note
We absolutely love our neighbors & neighborhood. Both neighbors are early risers with small children. The homes are close to each other so we have a very strict no party policy to respect everyone. If you are outside at night, please talk quietly since the sound carries. Thank you so much for understanding!

Property just as described, and super clean. Beds were comfy, quiet neighborhood. Code would not work when we arrived but they got it fixed super fast and were very responsive. A!

Everything was great about this place. If you’ve got kids it’s so convenient to a great playground, and you can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that we had a tough time getting the upstairs to cool down, to the point where we picked up some fans.

Great Place to Stay!

This home was the perfect place, in a really fun area. So close to the adorable downtown Wauwatosa area with many bars and restaurants. The host was awesome! Very easy to communicate with! Very accommodating!

Great spot in 'Tosa

We had a short visit in October and this place was great. Impossibly clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed for our family. So convenient to have grocery stores a block away. 68th street is a busier road, but only at morning and evening commute times. It was otherwise pretty quiet and made for easy access to the rest of the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice little house in a great neighborhood. We came in for the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon, and this was a nice location to everything. Also, I loved the front porch and still miss sitting out there!

My husband and 2.5 yo stayed in this exceptionally clean and tastefully renovated home. We were very comfortable here for an extended stay for the holidays. The small Christmas tree in the living room was such a nice touch! Communicating with the host was easy and seamless. Looking to book another stay here this summer so we can explore of what Tosa has to offer!

Weekend Birthday Trip

My friends and I were celebrating a birthday this weekend. We were super impressed with the property and how clean everything was. We lost one of our cards during our trip (most likely at the farmers market) and didn't notice until we were leaving to go home. The property manager was super helpful and looked everywhere for it just in case. Also the property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The parking was very nice having multiple vehicles.
