My family, we spent one night here before heading out to Green Bay. Check in and check out was simple and fast. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was not that great, very limited. I was surprised they did not have oat meal or a waffle maker. I wouldn't plan to stay here longer than one night.

The staff was nice and the breakfast choices were good. The parking lot filled up quickly, if you arrive after 1030pm you will be parking down the street. The back door to the hotel was never locked, anyone could walk in. The room was clean, but the toilet was barely flushing and the TV is going out. TV Screen kept going green and static on certain channels. The only channel we didn’t have issues was the World of Hyatt lol. Rooms could use some updating. I did tell the receptionist all of these concerns as well at check out

This is an average airport hotel. The rooms are spacious. The shuttle from MKE is perfect. Not a good choice if you plan a workout during your stay - the fitness center is terrible. Air didn’t work, one treadmill broken, the functional one faces the wall.

The staff was very interruptive during check in. When I asked about extended parking he said they were full. I tried to explain that when I called to check on extended parking prior to arrival, the gentleman kept interrupting me and said “you talked to Expedia”. When I tried to tell him I called the hotel directly he said “no you didn’t you talked to Expedia we have trouble with them”. The description of this hotel having a bar and restaurant is very misleading and almost a direct lie. The check in desk bar and restaurant are the same place, about 10 feet long and 6 chairs. We will be flying out of Milwaukee in September and will not be staying at one of the other hotels on the next block.

The room was nice. Breakfast was delicious. Parking lot was small. We had to park on the street, but it wasn’t that bad. Would recommend.

Checkin was easy. We must have been staying in the old wing because the beds were terrible, the furniture had patches and burn marks in them and the room overall was quite shabby, dingy and worn. When we ran the bathroom fan, it smelt like marijuana in our room. I have no idea how that hotel could get a 9.6 rating. More like 2 stars

Always a great place to stay right near the airport especially for early morning flights. Is a little bit older Hotel could use some updates. We do always stay here when we're flying out of Milwaukee Airport because of the convenience and staff.

Close, clean and comfy

This was a perfect place to stay for us. We had an early flight and they shuttled us to our gate. The only down side was we had to park our vehicles down the road they did not have any on site parking. Must have been in the fine print.

Convenient location but... This place made me feel like I was in the 70s and my grandparents house, very dated. The staff was friendly and its very close to the airport which is why i booked it. The free breakfast was actually very good though.
