I had a great stay! The hotel amenities were excellent—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged.The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and supportive pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I left feeling refreshed and would absolutely stay here again!

Never told about the deposit, and have to call to get it back. My room's power went out for a few hours, so no TV/Internet/air conditioning. elevator smelled of bleach spray and unventilated air.

Still waiting one week later for my $100 deposit to be released. Carpet is old and musty and super dirty. It is the BARE minimum for accommodations. Its is the only reasonably priced motel in Chicago but if you want to rest easy, spend little more and avoid Norwood.

Trash piled up in parkinglot over top of trash cans, weeds 3 ft tall in what were flower beds, dirty windows, drapes half hung hanging down. After we got there it was so bad we never went in. Called on phone didn’t answer as hotel refused to refund money

Worst place to stay

Hotel was extremely dirty. First room we had gotten there was dried blood on the top blanket and the sheets and pillows were dirty as well. The next room they gave us the sheets were also dirty. There was alot of mold inside the fridge,freezer and mircowave. Black mold in bathroom in the shower as well. The parking lot was a non stop party of people smoking drinking and blasting music. Wish i never booked.

Picture of breakfast shows a waffle maker. No hot food Only offer cereal, juice was water. No ice machine like the signs say. Very run down. Bed cover had cigarette burn marks on it. Staff not friendly at all. Ugg
