The room was OK. Dirty in certain spots. Didn't appreciate that one of the TVs wasn't working and the front desk was NO HELP fixing it. Claiming we aren't responsible if it doesn't work with the WiFi. Who buys a smart TV and doesn't make sure it works?? That was a complete waste of money!

My experience wasn’t the greatest the fact that the front door is locked after 10pm and you have to call the desk (and sometimes no one is there) i was kicked out in the cold after work a couple times . Upon leaving the facility i was stuck in the elevator for about 30 minutes while staff attempted to get me out ….I had my fiancè call 911 because at a certain point i began to panic. The staff was indifferent as no apology was offered whatsoever

Well staff was ok but not very informative. I didn’t use the WiFi because I was told nothing about it at check in. I didn’t eat breakfast there because again I wasn’t told about it. I saw their note about housekeeping not cleaning regularly and I’m fine with that but when I left for the day on Saturday I asked that housekeeping please drop off fresh towels, which didn’t happen. An additional issue I had with this hotel is the way the rooms are numbered. Most if not all hotels have even on one side and odd on the other. This was not the case and I was frustrated finding my room.

Breakfast not great, room was nice except had to play with it to get it to stop running. Shower was messed up to the nozzle would just keep spinning around until you find happy spot to get it just to drip. Food crumbs in furniture. Nice place, just needs more attention to details. Ps by crumbs I mean whole ritz crackers, and a couple of crayons.

Hotel had an odor. There was a man (possibly the bartender) in the bar barefooted. The shuttle was late. When I searched online for a hotel with shuttle service to the airport it said nothing about a fee for parking the vehicle for more than a day.

Front desk staff was rude, charged an additional $150 deposit upon check-in that they say might be put back 5-10 business days (they don’t advise the additional deposit on Expedia app), the pool/hot tub were dirty and literally had foam (not bubbles) in the hot tub. Continental Breakfast was DISGUSTING, old “fresh” fruit, pink sausage, watered down apple juice, gross coffee. Literally a “trap” or “flop” hotel.

The room we stayed is was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned before we checked into it. There was gum stuck to a lamp. The shower had hair on the walls, the toilet had urine on the back of the toilet seat, there was food crumbs on the floor, the door had a clear head grease spot above the peephole and hand prints on the tv and mirror, the remotedidn't work and the tv wasn'tset to the right setting. They only provided one bar of soap so you had to pick hands or your body. The furniture was all stained up pull room we requested had a pull out couch but the room had no bedding for it. I had called the front desk to ask for help with the WiFi and the front desk person hung up on me, when I called again to asked about the bedding they told me "why do you need it?" "just come down and get them." The pool very clody, the hot tub was extremely foamy and the pool area itself was freezing. The deposit is $100 higher than I have seen as significantly nicer hotels. The bathtub took a long time to drain and the toilet took just as long to fill when flushed. It was a very disappointing experience.
