During my recent check-in, I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk attendant. He was unable to locate my reservation, incorrectly stated that it wasn’t paid for, and then told me I have to place my card on file because someone had previously smoked in the hotel and everyone has to pay for it. His tone came across as rude and made me feel stereotyped, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. (Glasses, he had no name tag on)
Additionally, there was a persistent beeping sound in my room throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, this stay did not reflect the positive experience I had during my previous visit.
