Tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac for superior privacy—perfect for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying everything Lake Anna has to offer.

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to the best local provider.



The Neighborhood:

Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and a community boat ramp.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.



Getting Around:

Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction.

**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and those under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Gorgeous, clean and had everything we needed there already! We grilled and had an amazing time by the lake. Finding which house It was on the cul de sac was initially difficult but the host had clear instructions (we just didn’t want to drive onto someone’s property without being sure). The water had a smell sometimes but the host communicated with us early that It was tested and safe!

Check in was easy. The location on the private side of the lake ensured warm waters. The house is lovely and hosted our three generational family gathering easily. With three levels, all four family units had their own space. Plus the bunk room in the basement can sleep six. From Smores to smoothies, ribs to burgers, the kitchen and outside grills provided everything we needed. Lots of water toys, including kayaks, canoe with life jackets and a private dock to access the lake. Good family memories were made!

Beautiful, clean property, and Kristen was very quick to respond if we needed anything or had questions. Great assortment of lake toys ie kayaks and paddleboards, were used almost daily. The views for morning coffee and book reaading were exceptional! Our only complaint was several of the beds were very uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday! The home was large with plenty of areas to entertain my older children and two young grandchildren. The home was beautifully clean and the setting was amazing. Communication with the host was excellent and we had an amazing three days playing on the water and enjoying Lake Anna. I highly recommend this property and we will probably be back next year!

Wonderful place for families

We are a large family with ages 3 to 79 and we were very comfortable as the property is quite spacious. There were lots of little extras too. Loved all the swim toys! Just at little heads up - the lake is very hot, like a hot tub so we just went in the water early morning and late afternoon! Thank you for a great stay!

This house was perfect,plenty of room for anll of us (12) I would recommend possibly more seating in the leaving room area maybe a sectional? having a blender for the kitchen would be good and maybe televisions in all of the bedrooms. But this location was perfect and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great trip!

The house is very clean and stocked well with everything we needed. The lakewater was very warm due to high temperatures and being on the warm side of the lake, but we had a wonderful time! The only downside and disappointment we had was there are no blinds in the windows so from the master bathroom, the neighbors can easily see in while your showering, which makes it uncomfortable for family sharing of bathrooms. Other than that was a wonderful place and had a great time.

We were unaware how warm the water on the “warm” side of the lake would be (felt like bath water!) especially consider the current heat wave while we were there, but still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lake Anna house, on private side

We had a wonderful week end stay at this beautiful Lake front home on the private side of Lake Anna. I brought most of our food prepared but we used the kitchen alot. Layout of the house was very accommodating with beautiful views of the gorgeous lake and sunsets! Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 6 kids. The living room could use additional sofa or chairs. We were able to get in the lakewater despite the fact that it was in the 60's most of the time. We brought our boat, put it in at boat launch and drove it short distance to the house. The boat house was great...kids could run over the dock and easily get in and out of our boat. We also used the house kayaks and paddle board. Could easily get in touch with the host. She was flexible with the times to arrive and depart since it was early in the season. Wonderful house and wonderful lake birthday week end for out family.

Lovely Lake House

The pictures do not give this home justice...We loved the location and the multiple windows almost brought the beautiful outside view inside even on a rainy day. There were enough beds and space for 10 adults and 2 children. 5 Stars for sure!

Great Spot

Our group of 9 adults and 3 kids had a great stay. The house is well laid out with enough space for extended family and friends to not feel on top of each other. Everything was well cleaned upon arrival and surprisingly well stocked with some essentials compared to other rentals we have stayed in. The outdoor space was fantastic with a large dock and easy access into the lake for the little kids. The neighborhood also provided a nice alternative to boating with quiet roads to walk and bike. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family vacation

This is a beautiful home located on a great spot on the private side of the lake. Amazing sunsets can be seen from the dock. We had a wonderful family vacation! Some suggestions would be more chairs at the dock area, blinds or some way to close windows in master bedroom and a few more plates, and kitchen items.

Very nice new house, landscaping needs work.

The house itself was excellent - nice layout, great new appliances. There was only one couch in the main room - could have used another or other additional seating. The landscaping is a bit ragged - lawn has not filled in. They need to put in some kind of path from the house to the dock. Also, there was no sandy "beach" area - lakefront was muddy/rocky.
