My son left his expensive slip ons 100% sure in the room when he checked out July 31, 2025. When he called the next day they said nothing was found. So very hard to believe. You need to hire honest people.

The property was clean and affordable, it was in a good location, There was a Dennys in the Front so that worked well. I wish they had a little taller toilets, they were kid sized in my opinion. I would stay again.

Great value

Booked day of stay and got a great rate. A bit sceptical that the property would be a dive. Very pleasantly impressed with condition and a good breakfast as well.

There was a long black hair in the shower before we used the shower. Also disturbing was the long black hair I discovered when unrolling a folded supposedly clean towel. We stayed at the Best Western to be frugal. Next time I am willing to spend more to stay at a nicer hotel.

I requested a room for a disabled person, and when I arrived, they only had a regular room. I guess they don't read their email! I laughed because the toilet was SO small and close to the ground, it was like squatting! It was just an itty bitty thing! Otherwise, everything was very good! I tried to extend my stay by one day, and they told me they were booked, yet when I was sitting in the lobby, I couldn't help but overhearing the front desk guy offering other people rooms. So, he was kind of lying...

The hotel is in a decent area next to a toyota place and a dennys. The staff at checkin were nice and was quick. The hotel is very nice and clean well remodeled. The room was nice and updated. Shower worked well and was clean. Didnt use pool or hot tub so cant comment on that. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but did have strawberries for the waffles and even had chocolate syrup for the milk. Located in a decent area and close to Mall of America, Vikings training facility and Scheels. Definitely would stay again if back in the area.

Hotel was better then expected after reading some other reviews. There was no weird smell in the lobby, our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and hot, you may have to wait a few minutes for more hot food to come out. Staff was helpful and answered any questions we had. Possibly stay here again. Did not use the pool or hot tub during the visit, didn't have time in out schedule

So many things I like about staying here, like good breakfast, room is clean but they could still improve on cleaning to make the room extra, extra clean. Rate is reasonable, location is close to a lot of areas you want to go to. Parking is tight.
