When we stayed, it was quite cold outside. The front (automatic sliding) doors would not open by themselves. We had to physically push them open… Staff was alright/average. We booked a King Suite with a jacuzzi in the room and it was great—but… buttons were broken and glued back on to the jacuzzi, looked not great. Ice machine was broken. Elevators extremely slow. Breakfast and coffee were good. Not much around the area. Travelled to the area for a Valentines Day getaway and ended up across the street at a bar because that was the only thing somewhat accessible.

Room was quiet & it a convenient location. Everywhere was a short drive. Breakfast wasn't very good, eggs & sausage looked it was a day old. Room was somewhat clean. For the price, you get what you pay. Hotel needs some updating.

Not much good to say

Desk attendants were busy on their personal phones. Hot tub water level was about 4" low, so water was not filtering through the skimmer and the water was disgusting. Room carpet was stained in many areas, one looked like blood dripped in a line. Chair was scribbled on with marker. Elevator extremely slow. Hard boiled eggs at breakfast were unwrapped and dried out. Not much good to say other than the price and it was quiet.

Hot tub looked gross, rest of the place is very aged. Fire alarms falling off the walls. They were out of toilet paper. Our blankets had stains on them. Their continental breakfast doesnt get refilled. Usually stay here for flights but looking for a different place for now on. Has really went down hill. Ice machines were broke. Jusy nothing taken care of

Bad hotel with bugs

There were bugs in the room called the front desk and they laughed at my wife on the phone didn't offer a different room because they said they were full. The next day the person at the desk didn't know anything about the bugs. Then they called someone and said they sprayed with my breathing machine face mask laying in the open. Bugs still flying around. Sliding doors didn't work properly to get in There hotel vans were parked in the handicap spots when we were leaving my wife found bugs in her toiletries bag and medication bag. They also said they cleaned the room trash still in trash can towels on the bathroom floor beds not made

We were given an accessible room on the first floor. I applaud accessible rooms but for us the shower was tiny and full of mold. It was also right by the elevator-loud-especially at night. The sauna was falling apart and looked like a fire was about to ignite. when I tried to check out, it took me 15 minutes to find someone-I had to go ask housekeeping. The employees parked in all the handicapped spaces. I know because the bus was in one and the front desk guy was found in the other in his car smoking. Positive-the hot tub was hot.

Nice staff. Room was clean. Remote control didn’t work for tv. Good bfast. Doors were frozen shut. Carts for luggage were very awkward and heavy. Parking for convenience was limited.

This AmericInn offers parking for those who leave their cars while out of town. It was difficult to find a space to park the 2 nights we were staying at the hotel. We chose to walk to a nearby restaurant, when it was snowing, rather than give up our parking spot. If you are registered at AmericInn, there should be a reserved spot for your vehicle. We were counting on using the pool but it was closed. The desk did offer for us to change our reservation to one of AmericInn Hotels nearby or drive to the partner hotel to swim, but we chose not to. Too much trouble in wintery, snowy weather.

Parking was hard to find. Saw the Applebee's guy taking photos of hotel cars in their parking lot. Jacuzzi was missing button and some jets didn't work. Breakfast was ok. We have had better at other AmericInn locations.
