The staff was awesome and super caring. The cleanliness on the other hand could use some work. The shower had blood on the wall and a good amount of hair in the shower as well. Walking barefoot in the room I could feel sand on the floor. All in all not a terrible experience.

The hot tub jets were broken and the hot tub wasn’t very warm, after sitting in it for a few minutes it feels like a lukewarm bath, so many kids unsupervised in the hot tub splashing so you can’t even relax, no longer complementary breakfast, the new Starbucks is only open 6-10AM, they only left us one tiny soap, shampoo and conditioner for a room that slept 6 people and 2 towels. We had to call down to the front desk 3 times before anyone actually brought the extra towels, blankets for the pullout couch, and more soap/shampoo and conditioner. This used to be my go to hotel in the twin cities but now it’s not worth the price. The room was clean though, bed was comfortable so I thought but then I woke up this morning very stiff. Oh and the in room coffee pot didn’t work. The kids had fun so mission accomplished but we don’t want to come back. They told me that once the revocations were done hot complimentary breakfast would be back but that was a lie. When you have 5 kids you definitely look for that when staying in a hotel.

Room was very clean, poolside rooms were great with the balcony. Front desk staff were fantastic and friendly. Beds and pillows were comfy. Highly recommend this place. Pool can get a little overwhelming with kids, and parents not watching them, but we still had fun..

Shower had black and pink mold on the wall and soap holder, bathroom in general smelled like urine and pillow felt like laying your head on a pillow case full of grocery bags. $10 a day to park your vehicle is insane also.

The room and hotel was freshly renovated and looked good. The heat in my room did not work #1109. I called 2 times, 2 separate days and was told it would be taken care of. No evidence of anyone looking at it. It was very cold in my room every night. Very uncomfortable. No follow up from the hotel!

The room and the staff were excellent. The hotel is bare bones. They charge for everything. There's a daily charge for parking, even though they have ample parking in their lot. The only breakfast available is a Starbucks.

Pricing was good, unfortunately we were booked a room that was under construction and they didn’t know until we came back to the desk, we were accommodated to a different room poolside which I would not recommend if you want any quietness before 10pm. The kids pool area is cool but I found multiple debris in each pool examples were someone’s earring and some sort of bead off a swimming suit but I found it the hard way when it stabbed me in the foot. It’s a convenient hotel with walk path right into the MOA. The front desk fella when we were checking out didn’t seem very nice or professional.. I said we were checking out and he just said okay have a good day, never offered us a receipt and my husband was asking about the pending charges of an extra $200 which he wanted to clarify that it was just the deposit and what our actual total was and he was rude and interrupted my husband by saying “sir one moment” never even bothered answering our questions just handed us a receipt and said thanks have a good day. He didn’t want to give us a moment of his time I guess. For $118 a night (what we paid) it was mediocre.
