The advertised "water park" was only a small play area for small children, we had two 12 year olds and it was not meant for that age. Easy access to MOA , average hotel amenities, nothing special.

If you park there they make you park way around back and this hotel being very long it’s a long walk outside and doors are locked and room keys don’t work be prepared if it’s wintery conditions!

I am a black woman a nurse at that I look very young but I’m actually touching 30 really soon and was racially profiled from the moment I walked in by the white lady manager. I booked a room so my daughter can swim with sibling and a couple of cousins. I got to check in at 4pm they gave me a issue from then until 4:30pm told me I couldn’t use the card to that I used because they don’t except yet the money was gone off my card on my bank statement plus they wanted to charge a extra $200 for so called deposit which should have can out when I paid. My visiting friend has a registered service dog in which the lady could have very stopped her at the front desk as she to past there before she even got to my room. My friend and her dog had been there already a half hour before she came to my door asking about the dog I had the pup in my arms and showed he is a service animal in which she decided to get smart and say “emotional support animal” like okay either way same darn thing. So she was mad about that the. She sent the towel boy, security and even her self lurking and passing around my door and the patio for hours then she decided to call the hotel phone to say” I was walking past your room and seen you were having a party” as if everyone else ag the hotel was not doing the same. She told me no decorations etc okay fine all I had was the paw patrol paper plates,a cake,& pizza for my daughter my cousins came down from there room and my sister and two kids came fine.

This was truly unique experience. The service was poor with poorly trained staff that was alone to the point where she started to cry based on the number of people in line in the phones ringing uncontrollably she had absolutely no help. I needed a document printed in the hotel didn’t even have paper I requested for the manager to call me in order to talk about the details of the following night stay. She never contacted me. I had to leave a meeting in order to check out of the hotel due to all these difficulties, I suggest you find another option there’s great other hotels in the area.

The hot tub did not work. There was plenty of space for the children, which was great except for there were signs on the hot tub saying 14 and under were not allowed in there and it was filled with young children. The cement was kind of slimy in the hot tub Pool chlorine level was very strong which makes you wonder how often they clean that there was very rarely clean towels in the pool area just wasn’t very accommodating to adults in anyway. Other than that, the stay was pretty good.

We didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom, and the coffee maker was an absolute mess, and the tray that it was sitting on was covered in water, and so was the water overflow catch. So it wasn’t cleaned up from whoever had the room before. There was also some kind of knocking that could be heard the whole night coming from one of the appliances or water heater.
