Our check in was quick. Our room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Room next to us was VERY LOUD! Good location and even though the computer system was down they worked with us to get us to our room quickly.

My stay was good. Some nights were loud. The employees were not friendly and seem unconcerned about ones comfort. The employees eyes people like they would do something wrong. But, my stay because of my schedule was hurried but fun.

Two stars is being generous. Revolving door was not working. Only one elevator the other one was boarded up. Only the up button worked so no matter what direction you wanted to go you had to push up button. So sometimes you had to ride up to go down. Hotel staff was not welcoming or helpful. Most of the time they just stared at you. In need of a total remodel. I would never recommend or return to this hotel.

The people in the room next to us woke us up after midnight knocking/banging on the door for over an hour. When asking him kindly to stop he threatened us. We were scared. The bathtub/shower had used bar soap and half empty shampoo bottles left in them.

They charge $100 for a deposit and it takes 5 days

The first thing id like to warn people about is the require a $100 refundable depoist. Had i known this before we went down, i wouldve gone to a different hotel or saved more money for my trip. The first room we were first put in, the tv was not working. The receptionist did move us to another room once he couldnt fix it. The second room was accommodating, there were stains on the sheets and hair in the bathtub, but we were only staying one night and had a concert to get to so, we just didnt care enough to mention any of that to the front desk.
