The room has no furniture aside from the bed. Now iron or ironing table. Couldn’t fine staff when we called from the room. Will never stay there again. Trash bags in front if the elevator.
We reserved a room with a walk in tub because of disability. When we got there was no room with walk in tub available because the other party decided to extend their visit. Otherwise the room was ok.
Hotel rooms are nice but lobby areas and entrance were dirty. Elevators did not work although staff did put signs out for back elevators. I did have to walk down 7 floors to breakfast because I did not know they were down until I waited 10 min for elevator. Rooms were nice but website shows microwaves and refrig in rooms but they do not. Had to wait in line to use one microwave in lobby. Staff were the one shining star but I feel for them having to deal with a Best Western which is not to the standards I expect. I stay in many of them and this one was disappointing.
The room was mid-scale to "high",---however noise from the adjacent room was a bit of a nuisance....wall acoustics need attention....Breakfast was 'do-able'....

Very clean, very nice rooms, great staff, great breakfast
Our stay here was not the best. Booked for Friday-Monday, went in around 1pm asking if an early check in was available, no clean rooms at the time. Elevator wasn’t working upon arrival. Soon as we walk into our room, the light was out/broken. The water in the tub leaked all night, the second day when we returned to our room, there was so much ICKY stuff in the tub I’m assuming came up from the drain somehow so the front desk switched our room which was a inconvenience because the room was decorated for Valentine’s Day so that was ruined. Get to the new room and the toilet is clogging up you literally have to flush the toilet multiple times just for tissue to go down. This has been our worst stay thus far and we won’t ever return to a best western no matter the city or state. Forgot to mention, for it to have snowed on Friday, the parking lot was never plowed our entire stay. Horrible wouldn’t recommend. Stay at your own risk.
Overall it was alright. Front desk person was a little rude. My TV wouldn’t work and they told me they just can’t fix it. My shower water wouldn’t get hot. There weren’t ever any towels in the pool.
