I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel and was very disappointed with the service at the front desk. On Friday, April 25th, the morning shift lady was extremely unprofessional — she was constantly on her personal cell phone. I stood in front of her while she was on the hotel landline, and once she finished, instead of acknowledging me, she immediately grabbed her phone, started playing on it, and then began a personal phone call, completely ignoring me.
Later that evening, I asked the front desk if they could provide a dental kit. The lady told me they were out and that I would have to purchase one from the hotel shop. This level of service was very disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
