Better than I anticipated for the price. It’s nothing fancy, but it served just fine. Breakfast is lacking anything resembling protein, except for the peanut butter I found for my toast. Cold cereal, toaster waffle, yogurt and bagels. It was clean enough and showing a little age. I’ll most likely stay there again.

First off, I want to say I never complain about hotels. This is the first time in my life I’ve felt the need to sit down and write a review—and unfortunately, this place deserves it. Blaine Town Inn & Suites is downright awful. The entire building reeks, the rooms are filthy, and the sheets were stained with things I don’t even want to guess at. My shower didn’t have hot water, the so-called “breakfast” is a joke, and they have the nerve to charge an absurd fee for early check-in—more than hotels in Vegas, and this place isn’t even in the same universe of quality. I was in Minnesota for a work trip and thankfully only needed one night. If I’d booked more than that, I would have checked out immediately and eaten the cost. That’s how bad it was. I felt genuinely gross being there and wanted to throw away half my stuff when I got home. I read some reviews beforehand and thought, “It can’t be that bad.” Let me be very clear: it is. This is the kind of place that feels unsafe, dirty, and sketchy enough that you find yourself checking for cameras and wondering why it hasn’t been shut down. Please take the reviews seriously and do not book here. This place should honestly be avoided at all costs.

This establishment offers a charming and secure accommodation experience. The parking lot, equipped with security cameras around the putside, alleviated any concerns regarding vehicle safety. The check-in process was both efficient and straightforward, and the room itself was clean. The overall tranquility of the location was remarkable, prompting an extension of my stay. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, particularly Mr. Domney (my apologies if the spelling is incorrect). I discovered an additional $10 charge on m y card for room incidentals, which was not reflected on the receipt I had previously signed. Upon bringing this to the attention of the front desk, Mr. Domney (again, my apologies for any misspelling) promptly clarified that this was a standard Square POS fee, a detail I had already suspected. Furthermore, Mr. Domney provided recommendations for local attractions to explore during our winter visit. Best to go from Spring to Fall honestly. The location is also highly convenient, with fast food establishments, restaurants, a hardware store, and a gas station all within walking distance.

I had a very good experience during my stay. The room was extremely clean and felt fresh from the moment I walked in. The bathroom was spotless with good water pressure and everything well maintained. I felt safe throughout my stay and the property has a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming and breakfast was included which made the morning simple. Parking was easy and the location was convenient for restaurants, shopping, and getting around the area. I highly recommended this place and I would gladly stay here again.

Don’t stay at this place. The first night we noticed fresh poop wiped in the sheets our of bed. The employees demanded pet fees which was three times the amount of any hotel I’ve stayed. Additionally, we noticed people were living at the property, cooking food in the rooms. We seen the owner spray air cleaner to try to cover the smell and argue with his family members. This place looks nice, but onsite is low quality and broken down. Don’t take your kids here sort place, low dollars, last resort type of place.
