We had to move to a second room because the smoke alarm in the first room was chirping....no problem, hotel staff quickly moved us. I think you shouldn't charge extra $5 for parking. Seems cheap and greedy! Just add $5 to the room rate and don't mention an extra charge for parking.

We stayed for two nights and every single staff member was fantastic! So friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 4-star was that we had to change rooms due to the heat not working in our first room. Again, the staff was very accommodating!

The room was great! Very clean. I liked having an ice machine on the floor and not an elevator ride away. My only complaint was the thermostat was hard to see in the darkened area, and not very intuitive to set. The shuttle driver was great!

My check-in was delayed beyond the 3:00 pm check-in time and I finally accepted a lesser category room that was ready. The room was clean. I was surprised that the room didn’t have a safe. The included breakfast was good with a variety of offerings.

Negative: Matresses are worn and horribly uncomfortable. Furnishings and fixtures are worn, but clean. Hinge on cabinet hiding fridge was broken and the toliet kept running. Positive: Room was quiet and staff was friendly. I suspect it is time for a "re-set" or remodel at this location
