We checked in late and left very early. The person checking us in wasn't the friendliest. But, there was another employee that was very friendly. Parking was VERY limited not much room to park. Didn't like how you had to scan something to pay for parking. The front desk person never said anything to us but we saw signs in the room. We didn't pay for the parking as we where only there for 5 hours and the front desk person never mentioned it.

One of the best MSP airports!

My 3rd time staying here to be close to MSP airport and it’s one of the most comfortable, clean, quiet, and affordable hotels. Love the nice warm lighting in the rooms. They know what’s up.

Front desk worker seemed like she didnt wanna answer questions or helping you check in. I asked her questions while she just kept staring at her computer screen and ignoring me. When i asked to confirm my room number, she just looked at me and said rudely “yeah” Good hotel, bad welcoming staff

Upon arrival, there were two cop cars outside. When I walked in they were questioning a man and asking him to clear out his backpack near the front desk. After getting checked in with chaos so close, I walked to the elevator and noticed the hallways needed to be vacuumed. When I got onto the elevator there was a piece of metal (no clue what is was) hanging off the wall and at this moment I thought to myself “ I wonder if Paris Hilton would be proud of any of this. The next morning I went downstairs for breakfast. I was told that I didn’t qualify for the buffet breakfast since I booked my stay on the Expedia website. The $14.99 per person buffet breakfast looked lousy. There were 4 hot bar options with only 3 options to choose from. I was willing to pay but not after looking at the options or lack of. The lobby looks bright and updated but the hallways, elevator and rooms seem dreary and dark. The pool was nice.
