Front desk staff was great! Description of property included airport shuttle. The shuttle service was not available for morning departure, which was the whole reason we selected the property. We incurred an additional expense for the Uber. We are a non-profit and this was very disappointing. Please update the location discriotion.

The lady that checked us in was so friendly & helpful. Our room was extremely clean and cozy. The only "complaint" is that our body wash was empty & couldn't be refilled because there was only the evening desk lady, and she was busy, when we discovered it. She did accomodate by giving us a bar soap and all was well though!

It was clean, the temperature was easily controlled (and the fan wasn't noisy), the bed and pillows were super comfy, and it was a good price. Nice people at the desk. Breakfast was good too.
