My stay was very enjoyable and easy. I really e joyed the free shuttle as this was my first time in MN & he taught me some of the history and mentioned stores to check out in the mall. The elevator was not working this morning when I left but luckily I was only on the 2nd floor. I will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had with a hotel, especially considering I was charged around $230 (including taxes and fees) through Expedia. The room had a strong unpleasant odor upon entry. At 6 AM the next morning, we discovered that the vanity sink was completely clogged. I called the front desk, and the staff informed me that no one could be sent to fix it until 9 AM. When I asked to switch rooms, she abruptly hung up on me. I called back and requested a full refund if the issue couldn’t be resolved immediately. Only then was I offered a different room, which at least appeared to be cleaned more thoroughly. We stayed for three nights and received no housekeeping service during our entire stay. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Save your money and stay elsewhere-this was a truly poor experience.

In general the hotel is clean and the reception staff is welcoming and helpful. What is missing in the room is welcoming water bottles, and paper tissue. I was in room 530 there is some mold in the shower in the edges of shower basin which should be cleaned.
