It was one of the coldest days lately and with a ton of snow. The parking lot was super clean, and so cars were parked very haphazardly. There was no room for us to park, so we talked to the guest services person. She was gracious enough to move her car so we could park in her spot. We were very thankful to be able to finally park and get into our hotel room after a long day!

We were with two other couples. When we checked in, the room numbers on our cards were rooms that either were incorrect or didn’t exist. We had to go back downstairs to get it straightened out. The noise all throughout the night was awful. We heard the talking, radio, and loud tvs through the walls and the vents. The rooms were so hot - over 70 degrees. We tried to lower the temp to 65 and it never kicked on until almost 4 hours later. These issues were all of our experiences - 3 separate rooms. I will never book here again and neither will the other two couples.
