Worst 2 nights sleep I’ve ever had!!

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The beds sucked. Had the 2 bedroom suite and the double beds that were supposed to be queen beds were so uncomfortable. If you moved in them, you woke everyone up in the room because they squeaked so loud. Absolutely the worst 2 nights sleep I’ve ever had. I was charged $10 a night to park my car. That was not disclosed at the time of booking.

We were able to hear the plants coming and going from MSP. Our suite was comfortable. Furniture and carpet were a bit worn. Enjoyed the pork carnitas at breakfast.

Everyone in the staff was friendly and met all our requests right away. Hotel directly across from Mall of America. We walk there and took the skywalk. They do have parking if you don’t want to walk the 5minutes

Great hotel and staff, in general with the exception of a terrible experinece with one staff person only, named Prancis. So, watch out for this guy if he's still working (with that attitude) by the time you're there

Great place to stay near Mall of America

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the sofas in the rooms are sagging. They told me they were redoing rooms, though, so that should improve. Mall accessibility was great.

Overall it was a positive experience and will stay at this property again! Only issue was the door between the main area and the bedroom was hard to close and open. Same said for the bathroom. Staff was advised and said they would fix it. The desk staff was so pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was great. Very clean in all areas.

The staff were so sweet and helpful during check in! Made our first time experience one to remember. Our room was extremely nice and spacious and the house keeping were so kind to bring us extra blankets even though it was very late into the night. Totally coming back if i’m in the area!
